Ingredients

Tofu:

1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces

Marinade:

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Vegetables:

1 cucumber, thinly sliced into coins
1 large carrot, julienned into matchsticks
1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1 small jalapeño, deseeded and thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

Others:

1 French baguette or hoagie rolls
Mayonnaise (choose vegan or regular according to preference)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
