This Taco Skillet recipe is a quick and easy one-pan meal that is bursting with flavors of Mexican cuisine. Ground turkey, beans, corn, and bell peppers are cooked together with spices, salsa, and cheese, then topped with crispy tortilla chips for a satisfying dish.
Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, ground turkey, crumble and cook.
Saute onions, bell pepper, and spices with the turkey until cooked through.
Stir in black beans, corn, green chiles, cilantro, and salsa. Heat through.
Place tortilla chips and cheese on top of the skillet mixture.
Broil the skillet until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
