Ingredients

  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices provolone
  • 8 slices large deli pepperoni
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, whisked with 1 tablespoon of water
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dough: In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add salt, garlic powder, and half of the flour in a large bowl. Stir well, then gradually add remaining flour. Knead until elastic, then let rise.
