Ingredients

2 regular-sized bagels (any variety)

1/3 cup cream cheese

1 cup baby arugula

85 g smoked salmon

1/4 cup fresh dill

1/2 tsp Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Toast bagels if serving immediately, or leave untoasted if preparing in advance.

  2. Cut each bagel in half, then cut each half into 3 pieces, creating 12 bites per bagel (24 total).

  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over each bite.

  4. Fold 2–3 arugula leaves in half and press onto the cream cheese.

  5. Cut smoked salmon into smaller pieces and place one piece on each bite.

  6. Top with fresh dill and sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning.

  7. Optional: add a skewer and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
