  • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 2/3 cups French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preparation: In a 9×13′ aluminum baking dish, combine green beans, mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, seasonings, and 1 1/3 cups of fried onions. Mix well.
  2. Smoking: Smoke uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onions on top and smoke for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and crispy.
  3. Serving: Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • To prevent instability when hot, use two pans for baking.
  • For an oven version, add a touch of liquid smoke for a similar flavor.
  • Elevate with homemade fried onions on top for a gourmet touch.
