Ingredients

10 oz vegan ground beef

2 Tbs olive oil

1/3 cup onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, pressed

2 tsp Italian herbs

4 hamburger buns

8 oz pizza sauce

1/2 cup vegan mozzarella

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  2. Preheat the oven to 420°F (215°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables and Meat:
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté for about 2 minutes until softened.
  5. Add the vegan ground beef and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes, breaking up the beef as it cooks.
  6. Simmer the Sauce:
  7. Stir in the pizza sauce, Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
