Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup avocado oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a 12-hole muffin tin with liners.

  3. Blend wet ingredients: In the same blender, combine milk, eggs, oil, vinegar, banana, honey/syrup, vanilla, and spinach until smooth.
