Ingredients
Almonds:
2 cups raw almonds
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
Toppings:
2 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 165°C (330°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the almonds: In a bowl, combine 2 cups of almonds with 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
