Instructions
Create Banana Syrup: In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, mash the ripe banana with brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat with a splash of water until syrupy.
Strain Syrup: For a smoother drink, strain the banana syrup through a fine mesh sieve.
