Ingredients

Mahi Mahi:

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets or steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Blackened Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill: Preheat the grill to 400-450°F. Pat the Mahi Mahi fillets dry and brush with olive oil.
