Ingredients

Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  2. Cook the Broccoli: In a skillet, cook broccoli in oil until slightly tender. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook the Beef: Brown ground beef in the skillet. Add broccoli back to the skillet.
