Ingredients

For Goat Cheese Balls:

  • 8 oz goat cheese log
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme

For Frying:

  • 1 qt canola oil

Instructions
