Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 ½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (9 graham cracker sheets)
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted

Filling:

  • 2 3.4 oz pkgs Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg + more for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp Rum Extract

Topping:

  • 48 oz Cool Whip
  • Whole Star Anise (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: Add the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to a medium mixing bowl. Mix until well coated and press into a springform pan.
  2. Filling: Combine pudding mix, eggnog, milk, rum extract, and nutmeg. Beat until thick. Pour into crust.
  3. Setting: Chill in the fridge for 4 hours until set.
  4. Topping: Pipe Cool Whip around the edges, garnish with star anise and nutmeg.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
