Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil: Add oil to a large soup pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Cook Aromatics: Saute onion until softened. Add carrots, celery, garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook until vegetables soften.
