Ingredients

For the Chicken Stir-Fry:

  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken Thigh, cut into little pieces
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

For Serving:

  • 1 lb Baby Spinach

Instructions

  4. Incorporate Spinach: Add the baby spinach in handfuls, cooking until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
