For the Chicken Stir-Fry:
1 lb Boneless Chicken Thigh, cut into little pieces
1 Onion, diced
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Oil
For Serving:
1 lb Baby Spinach
Instructions
Heat the Oil: In a pan, heat the oil over high heat until shimmering. Add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.
Cook Chicken: Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry until browned.
Add Tomato Sauce: Pour in the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Incorporate Spinach: Add the baby spinach in handfuls, cooking until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
