  • 1 ½ pounds sockeye salmon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Place the salmon on a large sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Pat the salmon dry.
  3. Make the Seasoning: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley flakes, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle over the salmon.
