½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup brown sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

¼ cup butter

Instructions

  1. Pie Crust
  2. Process sugar and graham crackers together until combined.
  3. Add melted butter and pulse until uniform.
  4. Press mixture into a pie pan, compacting evenly with a glass.
  5. Brush with beaten egg if using (or vegan alternative).
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Filling
  8. Combine sliced apples with cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice, flour, butter, and a pinch of salt.
