  • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 32 ounces cream cheese, brick style, full fat
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, light or dark, packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream, full fat
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
