Ingredients

Steak Bites:

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin, new york strip, ribeye, etc.), chopped into cubes
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp sea salt (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (to taste)

Optional Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
  2. Season the steak: In a mixing bowl, combine steak cubes with avocado oil, liquid aminos, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat.
  3. Cook in the air fryer: Transfer the seasoned steak to the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Cook until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: Optional – melt butter with minced garlic in the microwave or on the stovetop. Serve with the steak bites.
