  • ⅔ Cups Heavy Cream (or Half and Half/Whole Milk)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Truffle Oil or Salt (optional)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 12 Balls Burrata
  • 16 Oz Pappardelle Pasta

Instructions

  1. Brown Butter and Cook Mushrooms: Brown butter in a skillet, add mushrooms, and cook until liquid evaporates.
  2. Add Aromatics and Broth: Stir in shallot, garlic, and thyme, then add broth and let it reduce.
  3. Finish Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, let it reduce, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook Pasta: Cook pappardelle according to package instructions, reserving pasta water.
